A Few Things Potential Owners Should Know
Our litters of pups will most often have black puppies & chocolate puppies, as seen above.
We take puppy placement very seriously. Potential placements will always be under evaluation even if we have accepted a deposit from you.
With several years experience specializing in chocolate Labradors we have
found the overall quality of a chocolate labrador is better if one parent
is black. The chocolate Labrador retriever coat, pigment, eye color and type
is better when the breeding is a 1 black & 1 chocolate lab.
Most of our available puppies are pre-sold. Meaning we usually have a waiting list of people who want one of our puppies.
If you are chosen as a potential owner we do require a deposit.
All of our "pets" are placed on a Spay/Neuter contract with a limited registration.
Puppies not placed on a Spay/Neuter contract will have to have all of their clearances at the appropriate stages of their life.
All of our puppies always have a home with us if your life circumstances change.
